Current Online Clients - There have been several software upgrades to the online booking system, which necessitate for us to issue a secure new password for use when accessing your Online Booking account.  Please visit the online booking site and click on "email my password to me".  We will send your new password to the email address on file for you.  You may then access your account and, if you like, change your password.

Current Clients - If you are a current client, you are already registered with the email address you provided me.  If I do not yet have your email, please call or email me at vicki@vickibeauty.com so I can add it to your profile.  Please visit the Online Booking site and click on "email my password to me".  We will send your new password to the email address on file for you.  You may then access your account and, if you like, change your password.

New Clients - Only new clients who have not already booked an appointment need to register to book online.  Register online (name, phone, address, email and password.)

After registration you will be able to log in with your email and password and book or manage your appointments online.  A reminder confirmation email is sent to your account 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

Booking - Select from the list of service groups and a detailed list of services will display.  You do not have to select a stylist as it will default to me.  If you make a mistake, cancel the requested service by clicking on the X.   Next you will be prompted to select the date and time and finally to request the appointment.    Please be sure to include any important information or requests. 

Cancellations - You may cancel or change your appointment any time up to 24 hours in advance.  Within 24 hours call me at 415 254.7332.

Booking Color - Always book your color before your haircut.

If you are not booking a haircut with a color service you must also book a complimentary “Fast Finish” with the service to allow enough time to style your hair.

If you require a finish with a flat iron, you must book “Full Finish” to allow for sufficient styling time.  A “Full Finish” is an additional $15.
